Sales Terms

A reminder to our shoppers:

• Your order will be processed within 48 hours (working days). 1-2 weeks delivery. - except during vacation time
• No claims will be allowed for shortage or damage after seven (7) days of delivery.
• No merchandise is returnable unless claim is made within seven (7) days of delivery.
• No returns accepted without authorization number.
• Any claim for the exchange of inadequate size must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. The round-trip shipping will be at your full expense.
• Canada: Prices are in Canadian dollars and some products described are offered for sale in Canada only.
• USA: Prices are in US dollars.
• We do not deliver orders to addresses whose postal codes are served by an air stage office.
