Given the exceptional circumstances, here are the answers to your most frequent questions regarding our operations:

Princecraft® is coordinating with its network of dealers to provide the best customer service while following all recommended health guidelines and regulations. Please contact your Princecraft® dealer for hours of operation—they may also have salespeople that can arrange to meet with you virtually.

With the safety and health of our employees, their families and the community in mind, and in line with the state/province, and local guidelines, we suspended Princecraft® boat manufacturing in March and April. During that period, some operations were performed by staff working from home. We used this time to put in place comprehensive measures that will enable us to safely restart operations soon.

We have resumed production according to the government agreement and compliance on May 4, 2020.

Our safety protocol for each facility is extensive, including heightened measures like temperature screenings upon entry, additional personal protective equipment, social distancing practices, and enhanced cleaning protocol.

Please contact your local Princecraft® dealer for questions regarding replacement parts or scheduling a time for boat maintenance when they re-open.
